It has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and filled with natural light. It can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests and is located in a lovely neighbourhood a short walk away from the river Avon.
The home has been recently redecorated in a laid-back and elegant style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. Bright, airy, spacious – it’s the perfect spot for both friends and family looking to get access to all the best Bath has to offer. The south-facing living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa for you to cosy up on as well as a flat screen TV to kick back in front of. It leads straight into the dining room which boasts a large dining table which can comfortably seat 6 guests and benefits from an open plan and beautiful hardwood floors. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and offers a great space for communal cooking. There is a total of 4 bedrooms in this home – three on the first floor and the fourth on the second floor. All maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Two bedrooms have double beds, one has a bunk bed and one bedroom has two single beds – perfect for families of any size. Lastly, the home has high-speed WiFi and plenty of space to get work done should you need it.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
The home is located in a beautiful neighbourhood in Bath, surrounded by Bath-typical Georgian homes and is walking distance from many of the town’s attractions such as the Roman Baths, the Jane Austen Centre, the Abbey, and the Victoria Art Gallery. The home is right next to the river and offers a stunning walk alongside it into the centre of town. The area around the house has a lot of cute local shops, and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and has a lot of green spaces and parks.
This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
The home is surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the cafes, restaurants and bars around it, perfect for those who want exciting things to do right on their doorstep.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
Given the location of the home, most of Bath’s centre is in walking distance or a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a Bath taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting Bath for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
