The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
This two-bed flat has been fantastically renovated with warm colours and a modern minimalist style. Cosy, airy, and functional – it’s the perfect spot for travellers and professionals alike. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a sofa and a couple of stylish armchairs for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to a high standard. The flat features two spacious bedrooms. To top it off, the main bedroom also sports a balcony – perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings. Both bedrooms maintain a trendy ambience in its throws and selection of decor. The apartment has an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the balcony with your favourite book.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Maida Vale is perhaps one of the most picturesque neighbourhoods in the city. You’ll be close to the canals, and several delightful regions in North West London, including Paddington, Notting Hill, and Hyde Park. Close to the property, you’ll find many quaint brunch spots, walks by the water, and a selection of lovely restaurants too.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
