The home has a beautiful new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and cosy. It benefits from an open plan living room and kitchen area, as well as large windows which flood the space with lots of natural light. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This one-bed flat has been fantastically redesigned with a modern minimalist style. Bright, airy, functional – it’s the perfect spot for both professionals, as well as tourists. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, set in calming neutral tones, and includes a sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV to kick back in front of. There is also a dining table that can comfortably seat up to 6 guests. The living room area feeds directly into the cosy kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and high-spec appliances. The bedroom maintains a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. There is also a separate study and high-speed WiFi if you happen to work from home. Additionally, the house is equipped with a modern bathroom, featuring a sleek design and a spacious bath. The flat has an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or getting some work done in the study.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Situated close to a true hidden gem of London – Little Portugal – this home is the perfect location for friends and professionals alike. With Battersea, Vauxhall and Brixton a short distance away you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants, bars and parks. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most hotspots with minimal effort.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
