It has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features a modern layout with a variety of luxury amenities that is perfect for both relaxing as well as socialising. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This breathtaking Chelsea home has been recently refurbished with modern furniture and stylish interiors and is spread across five stories. The lower ground floor features a kitchenette, utility room as well as a cosy bedroom and a wardrobe. On the ground floor, guests will find the main reception which is perfect for kicking back on the large sofa after a day of exploring London. The space also benefits from a smaller reception as well as a separate dining room with a large dining table. Furthermore, the home benefits from a high-spec kitchen which is fitted with a variety of appliances and amenities. The first floor main bedroom is complete with an en suite bathroom as well as a large walk-in wardrobe. There is also direct access to the spacious terrace on this floor. There are another three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the upper two floors. To top it off, the home also features a gym with floor-to-ceiling mirrors. Guests will find the en-suites and separate WCs and shower rooms ideal when traveling in a group. The house also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart lock, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Chelsea, South Kensington, Pimlico and Belgravia are all a short walk away and the home is surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town and is a short walk or tube ride away from a multitude of London hotspots. Situated just a few minutes walk from the famous Pavillion Road and Sloane Street, you will have plenty to see and eat. The local tube stations include Sloane Square, South Kensington, and Knightsbridge, making this property an ideal location for getting around town.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
