The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This luxurious home has been recently refurbished with modern furniture and stylish interiors and it is spread across four floors. The ground floor features a high-spec fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and two living rooms in an open space. On this floor guests will also have access to the garage. The dining room and the kitchen open up on the terrace overlooking the spacious garden. The lower ground floor features the swimming pool, an additional kitchenette, and a private cinema room – all ideal to enjoy a fun night with family or friends. On these floors guests will have a WC and a bathroom for added convenience. The five bedrooms come with comfortable mattresses and are spread across the first and second floor. All bedrooms maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Guests will find the two bathrooms and two en suites ideal when travelling in a group. The house also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart lock, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Set in North London, in a residential area, the home is perfect for families who what to explore London yet take advantage of a calm and family oriented neighbourhood. The area has a lot of parks around. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via East Finchley tube station, just a 15 minute walk from the property.
There is a swimming pool so families need to know not to allow children out in the swimming pool unsupervised. Children must be supervised at all time when in proximity of the swimming pool. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
