The bedroom maintains a trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, the house is equipped with a shower room featuring both a hand-held as well as a top-mounted shower. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
This home is located in a residential area of Brixton. With Little Portugal and Clapham not far from the flat, there is a wide selection of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via bus and tube to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer!
This home requires guests to use stairs to access the home and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
