Located in one of London’s most welcoming neighbourhoods, this large and modern 3-bedroom apartment has sleek interiors and high ceilings. There are two spacious living areas including a dining room for family meals. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a large mansion block. It’s very spacious, offering two separate living rooms and the high ceilings mean this home is full of light. Sofas, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and lots of books and games make this the perfect place for relaxing after a long day exploring London. There is high-speed WiFi and a big dining table, in case you need to get some work done. The kitchen is located in a separate room and comes stocked with basics such as tea and coffee. The 3 bedrooms have king-size beds and comfortably sleep 2 guests each and benefit from en suite bathrooms, both with bathtubs and showers. There is also a toilet room for added convenience and plenty of storage space throughout. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Right in the heart of Victoria only a short walk away from Victoria station, the neighbourhood offers great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. Sloane Square and the Kings Road are not far and with the tube a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
