The location offers quick access to various tube stations and lots of attractions such as the British Museum, Oxford Street and various nearby universities. There are also many shops, cafes, award winning restaurants and pubs just a short walk away.

The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor and it’s connected to a large utility room, which can be used as storage room. The raised ground floor features a large reception room, with plenty of comfortable seating and a brand-new TV to relax after a long day exploring London. The top floors host the 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with a king size bed, sleeping 8 guests comfortably. The two bedrooms on the first floor also feature en suite bathrooms offering more privacy for the guests. On the second floor, in addition to a double bedroom, you will also find a dressing room with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom on the third floor has a private entrance to the rooftop terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy drinks at sunset or a nice view of this central London neighbourhood. The home also offers high speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done.
You’ll have access to the home at all time. Because the home is equipped with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time you like, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.
Please note that because the home is for sale, there may be viewings from the sales agent that are scheduled during your stay. We’ll let you know when this might happen, the home will be cleaned each time, and the viewings are non-intrusive so you won’t need to do anything, stay in the home, or leave keys. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4 pm or on Sundays, so relaxing time at home won’t be interrupted either.
This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
