This lovely home is located in one of the most sought-after locations in London, on a pedestrian street just off the main road in Fitzrovia. The house features a south facing private roof terrace with a lovely view of the surrounding area. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.

This home comes with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area, comfortably seating 8 people. The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor and it’s connected to a large utility room, which can be used as a storage room. The raised ground floor features a large reception room, with plenty of comfortable seating and a brand-new TV to relax after a long day exploring London. The top floors host the 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with a king size bed, sleeping 8 guests comfortably. The two bedrooms on the first floor also feature en suite bathrooms offering more privacy for the guests. On the second floor, in addition to a double bedroom, you will also find a dressing room with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom on the third floor has a private entrance to the rooftop terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy drinks at sunset or a nice view of this central London neighbourhood. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all time. Because the home is equipped with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time you like, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. By staying in this home you are agreeing to the daily tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This home is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in. Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
