The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.

On the mezzanine floor guests will find another reception complete with a cosy sofa as well as a TV to kick back in front of. The reception leads straight to the bedroom which has this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. There is also a bathroom on the lower floor. To top it off, the flat benefits from large windows spanning through both stories, which flood the space with natural light. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are lounging in the upstairs reception after a long day out or enjoying some fresh breakfast downstairs.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Situated in Camberwell, not far from Peckham and Little Portugal, this home is the perfect location for tourists and professionals alike. A multitude of parks are a few minutes away and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. With a variety of transport links close to the home, you have easy access to anywhere in London.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
