We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.

The living room feeds straight into the stunning open plan kitchen which has been redesigned to the highest standard. To top it off, the large skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with lots of natural light. There is a total of five bedrooms in this home, including a study with a sofa bed and a kids’ bedroom. All bedrooms maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally there is a bathroom on each floor, including an en-suite in the top floor study. Last but not least, the home benefits from a large rear garden and patio. The home maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the patio
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Situated in the trendy Kensal Green neighbourhood and a short walk away from various restaurants and bars on Chamberlayne Road, this home is the perfect location for friends or family who want to explore London but at the same time enjoy a more residential and quiet area. With multiple bus stops and tube stations a few minutes away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to a variety of areas of central London in under 30 minutes.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
