This bright three-bedroom home is located in Angel on the Regent’s Canal, and is a short walk away from a variety of attractions and London hotspots. It has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features a stunning layout as well as a contemporary interior. Perfect for families or groups of tourists alike. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This three-bed home, spanning over three storeys, has been beautifully renovated with a modern style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. Bright, airy, spacious – it’s the perfect spot for a group of tourists or a family looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The living room also benefits from a large dining table. The kitchen has been redesigned to the highest standard and features modern appliances and amenities throughout. The bedrooms are on the top two floors – two bedrooms on the first floor and the master bedroom on the second floor. All bedrooms maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Last but not least, the home boasts a cosy rear patio. The house maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying a warm summer evening on the patio.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Located in one of London’s most charming residential areas, you’re a quick tube ride away from the centre of the city, but you’ll have plenty of amenities available to you throughout the areas of Angel, Islington and Hoxton. There are a host of brunch spots, bars, restaurants and even kebab shops if you’re so inclined. The Regent’s canal is also nearby, offering you picturesque walking routes that can take you closer to the city centre, or further afield.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
