This recently built three-bedroom house features modern fittings and a stylish architectural interior. It’s located right on the Rivers Thames and it features a lot of windows, making this house truly special and bright. The floor gives ad additional modern and stylish touch to the house thanks to the smooth concrete material used in the living areas. The house features a spacious kitchen and dining area and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The home is ideally located in one of the most elegant areas of London.

The home has been recently refurbished with modern furniture and stylish interiors and it is spread across four floors. The ground floor features a spacious and bright open plan space with a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a living area with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen comes with state of the art appliances and ready to be used. There is also a modern breakfast bar, ideal to prepare a meal or just to enjoy meals. The living area can comfortably accommodate all guests and it comes with a stylish dining table, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and a flat-screen TV, ideal to relax at night with friends and family. Next to this open space area, guests will also find a bathroom with shower. On the lower ground floor, guests will find a second living area with comfortable sofas, armchairs and space to get some work done. This room directly opens up to the lower ground patio and it comes with a lot of windows. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with shower and a utility room featuring a kitchenette and a laundry room. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and both come with king size beds. One also features an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom with bathtub located on the first floor. The second and last floor features a big bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite shower bathroom. This room also offers direct access to the unique rooftop terrace, ideal to enjoy a drink at sunset or to relax during warmer days. Each bedroom has a high-quality mattress and can sleep two guests. The ground floor also comes with an off-street private parking space, a great perk to have in central London, and it also features an electric vehicle charging station so all kind of cars will be at home here! The house also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Set in one of London’s most elegant locations, this home is right in the heart of Chelsea, one of the gems of West London, and overlooks the River Thames. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! Just moments from historical buildings, shops, and nightlife, you have amazing culture, restaurants, and entertainment right on your doorstep.

Please note that because the home is for sale, there may be viewings from the sales agent that are scheduled during your stay. We’ll let you know when a viewing is taking place and the viewings are non-intrusive so you won’t need to do anything and can be in the home when they happen. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so relaxing time at home won’t be interrupted either. To make sure the home is ready for viewings, a member of our team will come at 10am each day to tidy up.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

This home is beautifully designed but is not childproofed. Guests who want to bring younger children should be aware that it may not be suitable for little ones.

The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.

Please be aware that the floor has recently been varnished and it is very smooth.

Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
