This comfortable four-bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. There are two king-size beds, a double bed, a bunk bed ideal for kids, as well as two bathrooms and a private terrace. The home is ideally located between South Kensington and Sloane Square. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.
This home has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The home is spread across 3 floors and the entrance level is located on the ground floor. It opens up directly to the living area, featuring comfortable sofas and armchairs. On the same floor, there is a big dining area with plenty of seats for all guests. It also opens up to a private patio. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. On the first floor, guests will find two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a comfortable bathtub. Guests will also have access to a spacious and private terrace overlooking the back of the property. Going up to the second and last floor, guests will find the 2 other bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed, and an additional bathroom with bathtub. One of the bedrooms also offers direct access to a private balcony. The home offers high-speed WiFi and it has plenty of space to get work done should you need it. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Just moments from historical buildings, shops, and nightlife, you have amazing culture, restaurants, and entertainment right on your doorstep. The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes, but is just a moment’s walk to the excitement!
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. By staying in this home you are agreeing to the daily tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This home is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in. Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
