Just north of Streatham Hill Station, you’ll be enjoying a quiet sanctuary away from the bustle of London’s centre, while having fantastic access to the rest of the city. The home has two floors, a dedicated kitchen room, and even an outdoor garden space. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
This home has been lovingly renovated to evoke the cosy, stylish interior of a family home. The kitchen in particular has seen a significant upgrade, with new furnishings, flooring, and a brand new dining table that seats four. Just outside the kitchen, is a well-kept garden area with outdoor seating options, giving you two in-house dining options during your stay. The master bedroom has been redesigned to reflect a more trendy, but lush vibe, with plush bedding throws, scandi-style light fittings, and artwork. There are two bathrooms in the property, with bathing and showering facilities, Additionally, there is a study area that features a desk, chair and large windows, so if you’re working or just want your own little nook to journal, we’ve got you covered. There’s also a large settee there, so you can crash between work sessions, or just cosy up with a book in your own private corner of the house. The living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day seeing the city, and is equipped with a large flatscreen TV, and plush sofas for you to relax on.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Situated in the heart of Streatham, you’ll have equal access to charming family pubs, restaurants, and a wide variety of cultural foods. You’re equally close to Tooting Bec Park, and Brockwell Park, both of which are a leisurely stroll away, while access to central can be found at Streatham Hill Station, which can get you to Zone 1 in twenty minutes or less.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
It’s worth noting that this home is located on the lower ground floor, so you might find some rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!). Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
