The open plan reception and dining area has been stylishly designed with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa for you to cosy up on as well as a TV to kick back in front of – ideal for evenings after a long day of exploring London. The stunning open-plan kitchen is equipped with high-spec appliances and all amenities needed for guests to cook up a storm. There is a total of three bedrooms – all maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, the house is equipped with a beautiful bathroom as well as a shower room. There is also a study and high-speed WiFi if you ever need to get some work done during your stay. Last but not least, the home benefits from a cosy private garden complete with furniture. The house maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in the garden.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Located in one of the most picturesque neighbourhoods in London, you’ll be close to the canals, and several delightful regions in North West London, including Paddington, Notting Hill, and Hyde Park. Close to the property, you’ll find many quaint brunch spots, walks by the water, and a selection of lovely restaurants.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
