We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The open plan reception has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchair for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The living room leads straight into the chic high-spec kitchen which has been redesigned to the highest standard. There is also a dining table in the reception which comfortably seats six guests. Both bedrooms maintain a trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor and to top it off, both feature an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate WC as well. There is also a study and high-speed WiFi if you need to get any work done during your stay. Last but not least, the master bedroom also boasts a sizeable walk-in closet. The apartment maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down with your favourite book in the study.

Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

With Baker Street, Marylebone and Camden Town a short distance away you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants, bars and shops. Not to mention some of the most popular parks in London. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most hotspots with relative ease.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
