On the ground floor, guests will find the open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has been set up to a high standard and offers all the necessary amenities and appliances. Moreover, the dining room offers access to the conservatory and the garden. To top it off, there is also a small gym on the same floor. There are three bedrooms in this home, including a kids bedroom with two single beds. The main bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms for added convenience. There is also an additional WC as well as a bathroom in the property. The home has high-speed WiFi and a study – perfect if you ever need to get some work done or just want to enjoy your favourite book. The space maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the patio.

Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay.

There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
