The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities, has been redesigned to a high standard and is ready for you to cook up a storm. The flat has a master bedroom with an en-suite and there is a kid’s bedroom as well. Both maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom, featuring a sleek design and a spacious bath. The home also benefits from a study, if you ever need to work from home. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Close to the popular Hampstead Heath and Regent’s Park, this home is the perfect location for friends or family looking to get the most out of what London has to offer. You will be surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and bars, let alone fantastic parks. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes.
There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
