This cosy three-bedroom apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings and stylish interiors. There is a spacious living area adjacent to the kitchen that comes fully equipped and ready for you to be used. There are 3 bedrooms, each comfortably sleeping 2 guests, as well as one bathroom with a bathtub ideal to relax after a day exploring London. The house has an array of windows and a lot of natural light throughout.
This apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The apartment is located on the ground floor and it comes with a big garden surrounding the whole apartment. Each bedroom comes with a high-quality mattress and can sleep two guests. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, and the other two bedrooms feature a double bed and a bunk bed respectively. The living and dining areas come in a very bright open space and can comfortably accommodate all guests. Adjacent to this area, guests will find a recently renewed kitchen, fully stocked and ready to be used. The kitchen, as well as the double bedroom, open on a big garden that surrounds the whole apartment and offers a great space to relax and enjoy moments with family and friends. The home also offers high speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done.
You’ll have access to the home at all time. Because the home is equipped with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time you like, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.
Set in one of London’s most charming locations, this home is right in the heart of Fulham, one of the gems of West London. The home itself is in a quiet and safe area surrounded by other family homes and parks in a residential neighbourhood. The home sits adjacent to a nice park and is just a few minutes walk from the river Thames, in an ideal location for nature lovers. Not far from the house towards Hammersmith you can find a little Waitrose and a petrol station; restaurants, cafes, and shops are located closer to Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway, and Hammersmith, within a 10-20 minutes walk.
Please note that because the home is for sale, there may be viewings from the sales agent that are scheduled during your stay. We’ll let you know when a viewing is taking place and the viewings are non-intrusive so you won’t need to do anything and can be in the home when they happen. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so relaxing time at home won’t be interrupted either. To make sure the home is ready for viewings, a member of our tea, will come at 10am each day to tidy up.
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
The home is located 20 minutes walking from 3 different tube stations: Hammersmith, Parsons Green, and Fulham Broadway. The home sits few minutes away from a bus stop for lines 220 and 229 connecting to Hammersmith station in just 15 minutes.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
The home is located just 10 minutes away from the Craven Cottage stadium and the area is buzzing during football matches. The area can result busy especially during Premier League match days but it’s the perfect location for football lovers.
