There is a spacious open plan living area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. There is one master bedroom with en suite, and one double bedroom, and an additional bathroom. The home is ideally located near King’s Cross train station and offers easy connection to London.

The living room also features a sofa bed sleeping two more guests comfortably. There’s also a beautiful dining area and fully fitted kitchen so the home is perfect for a family meal or Sunday brunch.
You’ll have access to the home and the garden at all time. Because the home is equipped with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time you like, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
It’s worth noting that this home has rooms on the lower ground floor, so you might find these rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!).
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
