The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is spacious and filled with light. On top of that, it also benefits from a garden as well as a separate annex with its own bedroom, reception and kitchen. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This fantastic five-bed home in a trendy yet residential neighbourhood has been recently renovated with a modern style. Bright, airy, spacious – it’s the perfect spot for both friends and family. The first floor living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a large corner sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of – absolutely ideal for socialising as much as relaxing. On the ground floor, guests will find the generously roomy kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to the highest standard. There is also a dining room which can easily seat up to six guests. There are a total of five bedrooms – one on the lower ground floor featuring an en-suite, one on the first floor and two on the second floor, including a kid’s bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a separate bedroom in the annex, which also boasts its own reception, kitchen and shower room. All bedrooms maintain a trendy vibe in its selection of decor and stylish yet calming colourways. Additionally, there is another bathroom and shower room in the house, both meticulously and carefully dressed with all necessary amenities and toiletries. To top it off, the home has a quaint rear garden – ideal for warm summer evenings. The house has an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in the garden.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
