We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.

The stunning open plan kitchen has been redesigned to the highest standard and the breakfast bar offers an ideal setting for early mornings. The kitchen also benefits from a large skylight which floods the room with natural light. There is a total of five bedrooms in this home. All bedrooms maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. In addition, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and the top floor bedroom from large skylights. Furthermore, there is a WC on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the top floor. Last but not least, the home has a large patio – perfect for warm weather evenings. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
The home is located in Brixton and is not far away from Little Portugal and Clapham. You will be surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and bars, let alone fantastic parks. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
