This spectacular three-bed Canary Wharf penthouse has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features a spacious layout and a large wraparound terrace. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

This 3-bed penthouse flat has been beautifully renovated with a modern sleek style featuring ample natural light and a trendy interior. Spacious and luxurious – it’s the perfect spot for both tourists and professionals looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The open plan living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa for you to cosy up.  The living room leads straight into the high-spec kitchen which has been redesigned to the highest standard and boasts a kitchen island as well as a wine cooler. There are three bedrooms, all maintaining this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor and two come with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, the master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe. There is also a separate WC in the hallway. If you ever need to get work done during your stay, there is a cozy study and high-speed WiFi. The study can also be used as a third bedroom as it has a sofa bed. Last but not least, there is a stunning wraparound terrace, complete with furniture and breathtaking views across Canary Wharf. The apartment maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or taking in the views on the terrace.

The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Situated in one of the most in-demand areas of London – Canary Wharf – this home is the perfect location for tourists and professionals alike. With Shoreditch, Stratford and Greenwich a short distance away you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants, bars and parks. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to a variety of trendy hotspots with minimal effort.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.

Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
