This modern and bright house is located in a central location next to High Street Kensington and Notting Hill Gate Station. The house is spread across 3 levels and features 4 bedrooms of varied sizes and 3 bathrooms with one en suite. There is also a small study room, ideal to get some work done. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.
The home is located in a prime neighbourhood, making walking to attractions, shops, restaurants and more, a feast for the eyes. The entrance is located on the first floor where guests will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen and adjacent to it, a big and bright living and dining area. The home comes with comfortable sofas, a mounted TV, and a dining table seating all guests. All the bedrooms come with very comfortable mattresses, great pillows, windows and different wallpapers and styles, giving you different moods in addition to a good night’s sleep. All the bedrooms comfortably sleep 2 guests. The second floor features the biggest bedroom with a king size bed and a big bathroom both with a shower and a bathtub. In a half landing floor in between the second and third floor, there is a study space ideal for guests who need to work or study. Going up to the third and last floor, guests will find the other three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. One of the double bedrooms comes with an en suite bathroom with shower. On this floor, guests will also find the third bathroom with a bathtub. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Right in the heart of London’s Kensington area only moments away from High Street Kensington and Knightsbridge Stations, Harrods, Royal Albert Hall and close to beautiful Hyde Park and its Kensington Palace, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Both Holland Park and Notting Hill are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. The area is famed for them. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
The home is not equipped with a washer/dryer but Laundrapp, Zipjet and other laundry services are available. There are nearby launderettes and dry cleaners as well.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
