The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and cosy. Furthermore, the home benefits from skylights throughout the flat as well as a cosy balcony overlooking the city. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This one-bed has been fantastically renovated with a modern minimalist style. Bright, airy, functional – it’s the perfect spot for a young couple or solitary professional looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of. The living room area feeds directly into the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances. The home also benefits from a beautiful dining room which has a dining table that can easily seat up to six guests. The master bedroom has a large comfortable bed, and maintains this almost scandi-minimalist vibe in its throws, blinds and selection of decor. Additionally, it is equipped with an en suite for added convenience, which has a large bath, sink and toilet. Lastly, there is a cosy balcony overlooking the city. The rest of the flat maintains this inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out, enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen, or winding down ion the balcony.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
This home is located in the heart of Chelsea. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
