Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This delightful apartment is located near the Thames in South-West London, just a five minute walk away from Kew Bridge Station. It features 3 bedrooms, and one room featuring a sofa-bed, comfortably accommodating 5 guests, and sits in a high-rise apartment complex, with a veranda on the top floor, giving you stunning views of the picturesque area. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The apartment is located in one of London’s most picturesque neighbourhoods, with shops, parks, the river, as well as restaurants and bars only a walk away. The kitchen features state of the art appliances, as well as a feature bar area. The dining area and lounging space are set in the same open area, perfect for either a family meal or a night in watching Netflix. The living room area specifically has oodles of natural light, stunning designer decor, and a large sofa – all set in front of a large plasma TV.  Additionally, the living room leads out onto a veranda overlooking one of London’s greenest areas, and is decked out with a small table and some cosy chairs – the ideal spot to relax on a warm summer evening after a day out in the town. For extra sleeping  accommodation, the sofa can also turn into a sofa bed, which sleeps two. The master bedroom is spacious, and features its own sliding wardrobe installation, giving you more than enough storage room for your things. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, but has its own dressing table, and it is adjacent to one of the two bathrooms which features both showering and bathing facilities. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and a dedicated study area, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. 

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Located just north of the Thames, this flat features some of the greenest parts of London available, with the world famous Kew Botanical Gardens just across the water. You’ll have easy access to central stations via the National Express line from Kew Bridge Station, and the Overground service at Gunnersbury – which is a short walk to the east. There are many dining, drinking, and shopping areas available, and you’re only a short tube ride away from Westfield Shopping Centre via the District Line at Chiswick.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment tidy and perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.

Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

This home is right in the centre of the city and while it’s safely away from traffic, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
