This lovely three-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Notting Hill, just minutes away from different tube stations. The building is characterised by a very peculiar style of the area. The apartment has been recently refurbished in a modern style, featuring a fully equipped designer kitchen and modern furniture. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light. The apartment also comes with a private garden that then connects to the communal garden of the building.
The apartment is located on a relatively quiet street and high up, only minutes away from the heart of Notting Hill. The kitchen has been recently renovated with designer appliances and it’s bright, fully stocked and large enough for you to get right in and use it. It comes with a breakfast bar, ideal to cook or enjoy a quick meal, and it also comes with a small dining table. The dining and living room areas are located right next to it in a bright open space. The apartment features large windows, it offers tons of natural light and also a great view of the garden. Both the dining table and the sofas are large enough to accommodate comfortably all guests. The cosy sofas invite you to relax after a long day of exploring London, retail therapy, work or exploits at the close, world-famous Portobello Road Vintage Market. On this floor, guests will also find a study room and a toilet room. On the lower ground floor, guests will find the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 toilet room. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a suggestive bathtub space. The second bedroom comes with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom comes with a single bed and it offers direct access to the garden. The initial section of the garden is private and it then leads to the communal garden; guests are invited to use it and will find rules inside the apartment. The apartment offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Right in the heart of London’s cool Notting Hill area only moments away from Ladbroke Grove station, Latimer Road station, Holland Park station, and Notting Hill Gate station, this home is the perfect location for friends or family who want to explore London. Both Holland Park and Notting Hill are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. The area is famed for them. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. #
It’s worth noting that this home has rooms on the lower ground floor, so you might find these rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!).
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call-out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
