The house is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.

The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, set in calming yet exciting tones, and includes a large corner sofa for you to cosy up on. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, has been redesigned to a high standard, and is ready for you to cook up a storm. The kitchen also benefits from a large dining table which can comfortably seat seven to eight guests. There are a total of four bedrooms – all maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. To top it off, the top floor master bedroom also boasts a stylish en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the house is equipped with another bathroom and shower room. The home also benefits from a cosy study, if you ever need to work from home or just want to enjoy your favourite book. Last but not least, the home has a beautiful rear patio with garden furniture – perfect for an early morning coffee or quaint evenings. The house has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the house must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the house free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the house is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home has self check-in, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Set in a peaceful area of West Ealing, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. A number of parks are a short distance away and you are surrounded by a selection of great restaurants and bars. With rail and tube stations close by, you have easy access to anywhere in London.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this house. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this house and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.By staying in this house you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested.

This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
