This apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The apartment is located on the second floor. The kitchen and living areas are located in a bright room with comfortable furniture. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features modern appliances. All the bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom features a king size bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom comes with a single bed with a pull out bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes, but is just a moment’s walk to the excitement!
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
