The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and cosy. To top it off, it benefits from a spacious main bedroom with an en-suite and two balconies. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
This apartment has recently been renovated and redesigned in a stylish, modern fashion, featuring soft tones with a pop of verdant greens. Bright, airy, functional – it’s the perfect spot for a group of travellers and families alike. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa and colourful armchairs for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of. The living room also benefits from a cosy balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and ready for you to cook up a storm. Both bedrooms are well-sized, and the master bedroom features a stylish ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep two people each and has been meticulously and carefully dressed with all the necessary amenities and trendy artwork. On top of that, the second bedroom also features a quaint balconette. The flat maintains this inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out, enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen, or winding down in the master bedroom.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
The home is located in Shepperton, conveniently between the green countryside and the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy links to both the South East and to London allow guests to take advantage of both the countryside and the city centre with London only a short drive or train ride away.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes.
There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
