The home has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and cosy. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
What makes this flat particularly delightful is the spacious and airy living and dining area featuring a dual aspect overlooking both Pollen Street and Maddox Street. The living room has a cosy sofa and comfortable armchairs. It’s the ideal place to relax after a long day of exploring London with a book or by watching some films on the big TV. The living room also features 8 large windows which allows an abundance of natural light into the apartment. The kitchen has had a stunning refurbishment featuring integrated appliances and is fully equipped and ready for you to use it. The property also comprises an impressive hallway which leads onto a master bedroom, fitted with built in wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room, and a second double bedroom and separate shower room. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep two people each. Each bathroom has been meticulously and carefully dressed with all necessary amenities and toiletries. The largest of these has both a toilet, a shower and a bath unit installed. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. You’ll find plants and art around, rounding up the space and making sure you feel at home right away. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Maddox Street, located just off of New Bond Street, is perfectly situated for some of Mayfair’s finest shopping options including world renowned department store Fenwicks and an array of luxury jewellers and designer boutiques: Chloe, Prada, Jimmy Choo and more. The luxurious and world-renowned shops on Oxford Street, Regent Street and Carnaby Street are also a short walk from the property, as are the tranquil retreats of Hyde Park and Green Park.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay.

Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
