This spacious two-bedroom apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings. There is a spacious living area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
This home has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to be used. The living area is located next to the kitchen and it features a table and enough chairs for all guests, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of books. From the living and kitchen area, guests will have direct access to the private garden and to the outhouse. In the outhouse, guests will find a study room ideal to get some work done and a gym section. Each bedroom comes with a high-quality mattress and can sleep two guests. There is a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The other bedroom features a double bed as well. The second bathroom comes with a shower and there is also a toilet room for added convenience. The home offers high-speed WiFi and it has plenty of space to get work done should you need it. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the homes at all times. Because the homes come with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Set in one of London’s most trendy locations, this home is right between artsy, cultural Camden and Kentish Town. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The flat sits close to 5 different stations and it offers easy connection via tube, train, overground, and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer!
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian-friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to Kentish Town, Kentish Town West, Belsize Park, Camden Town, and Camden Road stations.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
It’s worth noting that this home is located on the lower ground floor, so you might find these rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!).
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
