This spacious three-bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings and a stylish architectural interior. There is a spacious living area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. There are two king beds and one double, as well as two bathrooms and a generous living area. The home is ideally located near King’s Road in Chelsea.
This home has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and there are three bedrooms spread across the three floors, each sleeping two guests. The living room can comfortably accommodate all guests, and the home has plenty of space to get work done should you need it. There’s also a beautiful dining area and fully fitted kitchen so the home is perfect for a family meal or cooking up a Sunday brunch with treasures from the famous King’s Road food market. The home is also equipped with high-speed WiFi and plenty of space, such as a desk and workstation to get work done should you need it.
You’ll have access to the home at all time. Because the home is equipped with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time you like, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.
Please note that because the home is for sale, there may be viewings from the sales agent that are scheduled during your stay. We’ll let you know when this might happen, the home will be cleaned each time, and the viewings are non-intrusive so you won’t need to do anything, stay in the home, or leave keys. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4 pm or on Sundays, so relaxing time at home won’t be interrupted either.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
