This modern two-bedroom apartment has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings. There is a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The home is located right next to Stratford train station in a modern and recently-built building. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
This apartment is beautifully renovated with a modern interior, combining both looks and comfort to create space you’ll enjoy spending time in. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to use it. The living room has a cosy sofa and comfortable armchairs. It’s the ideal place to relax after a long day of exploring London with a book or by watching some films on the big flat screen TV. The bedrooms come with comfortable beds, perfect to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Each bedroom can sleep 2 guests and the master bedroom also comes with a study area. The bathrooms are clean. One bathroom is en suite for added convenience. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The ceiling height windows make the apartment flooded with natural light and offer amazing views. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Set in the heart of Stratford, this home is next to the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and moments away from shopping centers. Stratford train and overground stations are just minutes away, offering easy connection to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
