The property has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features a beautiful layout with a variety of amenities that is perfect for both relaxing as well as socialising. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This luxurious Chelsea home has been recently refurbished with modern furniture and stylish interiors and is spread across five stories. The lower ground floor features a high-spec fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan spacious dining area and reception, all with direct access to the private rear patio. In addition, there is another reception and one bedroom on this floor with a separate kitchenette and private entrance. On this floor, guests will also have access to the garage and a separate utility room. On the ground floor, guests will find the main reception which is perfect for kicking back on the large corner sofa after a day of exploring London. The main bedroom is complete with an en suite bathroom as well as the kids’ bedroom on the same floor. There is a spacious terrace on the next floor, in addition to another bedroom with an en suite shower room and a separate cozy reception. The top two floors feature a bedroom each, both boasting en suites and built-in wardrobes with lots of storage space. Guests will find the en suites and separate WCs and shower rooms ideal when traveling in a group. The house also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart lock, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Chelsea, South Kensington, Pimlico and Belgravia are all a short walk away and the home is surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town and is a short walk or tube ride away from a multitude of London hotspots. Situated just a few minutes walk from the famous Pavillion Road and Sloane Street, you will have plenty to see and eat. The local tube stations include Sloane Square, South Kensington, and Knightsbridge, making this property an ideal location for getting around town.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
