The space also benefits from a dining table which seats up to eight guests. The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor and is equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances. There are a total of three bedrooms in this home – all maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. In addition, two bedrooms also boast en-suite bathrooms for added convenience and there is a separate WC as well. The apartment has this inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
This home is located in the heart of Chelsea. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is in a residential area surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
