This bright three-bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings and a stylish architectural interior. There is a comfortable open plan living area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. There are two double bedrooms and a king size one, two bathrooms, and the home has beautiful natural light throughout.
This home has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. It’s located in a quiet residential area but not far from attractions. The entrance is located on the first floor but the house is spread across the second and third floor. The second floor comes with a bright and spacious open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready to be used to cook a family meal or a Sunday brunch. The dining area can comfortably seat all guests. The living room can comfortably accommodate all guests on its comfortable sofas and armchairs and it offers a great space for games nights with the little ones. It also comes with a flat-screen TV, ideal to relax after a long day exploring London. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and can sleep two guests, two with double beds and one with a king size bed. One bedroom is located on the second floor and the other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms located on the second floor offers direct access to the terrace. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor, and both come clean and neat. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Set in one of London’s most trendy locations, this home is next to the beautiful Primrose Hill area and to Camden and has grocery stores and cafes in easy reach. The house is in a residential part of town, but offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that London has to offer! Just moments from historical buildings, shops, and nightlife, you have amazing culture, restaurants, and entertainment right on your doorstep.
Please note that because the home is for sale, there may be viewings from the sales agent that are scheduled during your stay. We’ll let you know when a viewing is taking place and the viewings are non-intrusive so you won’t need to do anything and can be in the home when they happen. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so relaxing time at home won’t be interrupted either. To make sure the home is ready for viewings, a member of our tea, will come at 10am each day to tidy up.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
