You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Set in a premium area of London, this home is next to the famous Richmond Park and the beautiful Putney Heath. The house is in a residential part of town but it’s located in between multiple train and bus stations, offering a quick commute to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods and hotspots.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
