The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The living room area is equipped with a flatscreen TV, a large sofa and armchair, and ample lighting options. There is a dining area directly behind the living room area that accommodates four people, while being directly adjacent to the kitchen, giving you seamless access to a variety of dining and relaxing options throughout the day. Through the hall you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to the highest standard. The flat has two bedrooms – both maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. There is one bathroom, which benefits from a large bath with a shower. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The flat has an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home, whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the balcony.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Set in the trendy Limehouse area, this home is a short walk away from the Thames. There is easy access to central and other parts of the city via the Overground lines, as well as several green spots including Wapping Wood and Wapping Rose gardens. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the local area that will offer ample varieties of different foods to try from all over the world. And if you want something more iconically British, Hackney’s famous fish & chip shops are only a tube ride away.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
