We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchair for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The living room also benefits from a large dining table and trendy artwork. Through the hall you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to the highest standard. The flat has a total of two bedrooms – both maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. The master bedroom also benefits from a desk, just in case you ever need to get some work done during your stay. Lastly, there is a bathroom down the hall, which boasts a large bath and immaculate style. The flat has an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home, whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or cooking up a storm in the beautiful kitchen.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
The property is ideally located near the green surroundings of Highgate Wood and Hampstead Heath. The area has grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
