This spacious and beautifully designed three-bedroom home is located in Shepherd’s Bush, close to Holland Park and White City. It has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features a beautiful garden as well as a contemporary living space. Perfect for families or groups of tourists alike. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This three-bed home, spanning across two storeys, has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. Bright, airy, functional – it’s the perfect spot for a group of tourists or a family looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The kitchen has been redesigned to a high standard and it features modern appliances and amenities and is also equipped with a dining table which can seat up to four. There are three bedrooms, including one kids’ bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally there is also a bathroom and a shower room, both carefully dressed with all the necessary amenities and toiletries. Last but not least, there is a beautiful garden, ideal to relax in during warm weather days. The home maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying your morning coffee in the garden.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Holland Park, Notting Hill and White City are a quick commute away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
