The space lead straight into the kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to a high standard. The living room also has direct access to the private garden. There are two bedrooms in this lovely home – both maintain a trendy vibe in its selection of decor and stylish yet calming colourways. Additionally, there is a shower room and a bathroom, both meticulously and carefully dressed with all the necessary amenities and toiletries. To top it off, the home has a quaint garden – ideal for warm summer evenings. The house has an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in the garden.

Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
