The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
Split between two stories, this two-bed has been fantastically renovated with a modern minimalist style. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a sofa and armchair for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of. The living room area feeds directly into the high-spec kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities. In addition, it benefits from a breakfast bar with additional seating – perfect for an early morning coffee. Both bedrooms have a comfy bed, and maintain this scandi-chic vibe in its throws and selection of decor. To top it off, the main bedroom features a lovely en-suite bathroom complete with a skylight. Additionally, there is a stunning shower room in the home as well. Last but not least, the flat features a cosy balcony with views across Fulham. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out, enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen, or winding down on the balcony.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
This home is located in Fulham. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods – the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
