It has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features both a ground-floor patio and a top-floor terrace. Perfect for families or groups of travellers alike. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.
This four-bed home, spanning over three storeys, has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. Bright, airy, functional – it’s the perfect spot for a group of travellers or a family looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The stunning open plan kitchen has been redesigned to the highest standard. To top it off, it feeds directly onto the patio through floor to ceiling glass doors which flood the kitchen with ample light. There are two bedrooms on the first floor – both king size. In addition, another two bedrooms on the second floor – one double bed and 2 singles. All maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally there is a bathroom on each floor. Last but not least, there is a fabulous upper-floor terrace ideal to relax on during warm weather days. The home maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying some fresh breakfast on the patio.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Right in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Holland Park, Notting Hill and White City are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
