We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This three-bed home, spanning across four stories, has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The stunning open plan kitchen and dining area has been redesigned to the highest standard and the breakfast bar offers an ideal setting for early mornings. There is also a large dining table that can seat up to six guests. From this room, guests will benefit from direct access to the quaint patio – ideal for warm summer evenings. There are a total of three bedrooms – all maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Last but not least, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. Additionally there is a separate WC as well as a shower room in this lovely home. There is also high-speed WiFi and a study if you ever need to get any work done during your stay. The house maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in the garden.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home itself is on a quiet area surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes, but is just a moment’s walk to the excitement!
This home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
