It has been fantastically redesigned throughout and features exciting living spaces as well as a rear garden. Perfect for families or groups of tourists alike. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.
This three-bed home, spanning over three storeys, has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large corner sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on and a TV to kick back in front of. The living room also benefits from a large dining table which can seat 6 guests. The stunning kitchen has been redesigned to the highest standard and features modern amenities and appliances. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and another bedroom on the second floor. All maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally there is a bathroom or WC on each floor. Last but not least, the home boasts a variety of floor-to-ceiling windows as well as skylights, flooding the home with lots of natural light. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you’ll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down in the garden.
The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Right next to Victoria Park, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Stratford are a short distance away so you will be surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. With tube and bus stations close by, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to various London hotspots in under an hour.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.
Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is a very short drive away. With the tube station close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
