This special home is equipped with a lot of modern furniture and appliances. Its location in Ancoats means it’s close to many of Manchester’s attraction, bars, shops and restaurants. The large sitting room faces a wall of windows and glass doors, has several large sofas, a hanging chair, cool art, a cosy chair and a big mounted TV. It’s the perfect place to rewind after a day of exploring Manchester, work or even some retail therapy. The dining room is connected to the large living room and has tons of light coming from both sides. It’s big enough for all your guests and fits in perfectly with the rest of the modern home. Next to it all, separated by a bar, is the kitchen, equipped with everything you’d need and ready for you to use it. It too comes with a wall of windows. The upstairs comes with five large designer bedrooms with extremely comfortable mattresses. Each bedroom has great lighting and is a space where you can relax and enjoy a good nights sleep after a long day. The modern furniture and art blends in perfectly with the contemporary theme of the home. The 3 bathrooms of the home are sizeable, there are showers and bathtubs. The outside area has some chairs and is a great place to enjoy the sun with a drink. The home also offers high speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. You’ll find plants and art around, rounding up the space and making sure you feel at home right away.
You’ll have access to the home at all time. Because the home is equipped with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time you like, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.
Right in the heart of Manchester only moments away from the NOMA, many cafes, restaurants and bars & pubs are in walking distance and the homes is close to beautiful green spaces, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Both the National Football Museum and the John Rylands Library are close by. You’re also never too far from Manchester’s great nightlife.

Smart lock can be a little tricky sometimes.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Given the location of the home, most of Manchester’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a Manchester taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting Manchester for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
