With StayBeyond, your home is in safe hands. We update and furnish every home as needed to make sure it’s ready for guests. In fact, the homes that need a little sprucing up are where we can really make things better and we’re not put off by a home that needs a little love. We’re happy to coordinate works to get the property up to StayBeyond standard and our in-house interior design team knows what they’re doing.

Think of us as the best possible tenant. We have all of the same obligations as a normal tenancy – we’ve never missed a rental payment in 4 years, and we have bespoke insurance covering our occupation in the home, plus we can add buildings insurance to this. Whatever happens, we’re responsible.

We know it might take a moment to understand that you won’t know who’s occupying the home – but it’s our responsibility and we take it seriously: we’re as selective about who stays in the home, as you would be. And, we look after our properties immaculately – after all, they need to look just as good for the third guest as the first.  We reject around 40% of all applications from guests, and the general rules are no one under 30, unless they have a kid (or a grandma!). Only the best guests

We won’t accept any guests we wouldn’t want to welcome into our own home, and we make sure that our guests know about each home’s unique features so they can make the most of the home. Like any tenant we are responsible for the rent and the upkeep of your property, the only difference is that the occupants will change between our hand-selected guests. We check every booking to prevent parties and unruly guests and use noise-monitoring technology to ensure that we know about anything going on in the home before it becomes an issue.

We only take homes with private entrances to ensure that our rental process causes the least disturbance to neighbours, and have a 24-hour neighbour hotline where we can be reached in case neighbours are having any issues with guests, or have questions or concerns about the process. If we need to send a plumber, host a viewing, or drop off an extra pillow, our customer service team is in constant contact with the guests to ensure that guests are aware and prepared for a visitor.

The Cliffside Loft

“The property was superb in every way, where do I start?! It’s a great size for socialising and holidays with family or friends in beautiful Bath. As we entered the property we were immediately impressed by the layout and the views, the property was very clean and tidy!”



The Georgian Cottage

We were delighted to pass our holidays in one of your houses in Oxford. It was simply perfect and beautiful house! The decoration, the amenities, everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough!



The New Bond Street Loft

We were very lucky to find this last-minute place to stay in London. The apartment is lovely and the location's beyond fantastic. It was wonderful to find coffee in one of the kitchen cupboards (coffee addict here). We must point out the no keys system as very good as well, as for someone who is spending a few days in London keys are the least of our concerns. It made everything much simpler.



The Modern Classic

The check in was brilliant. The house was fantastic, we were over the moon with the facilities and layout of the house, superb! The location was perfect! The choice of furniture and light airy feel of the property, I cannot fault whoever has put a lot of love and thought into this property, an absolute gem!



The Warehouse Loft

The decor was beautiful and clean. The beds and bed linen were perfect. The sheets smelt lovely and clean and fresh thankfully as some places use too much smelly fabric smells. I was so grateful for this. White sheets too which I love. The towels were absorbent and fresh smelling as well. All the important areas were very clean and very comfortable stay. Well done to all your team, they are great.
