This recently refurbished five-bedroom apartment features modern fittings and a stylish architectural interior. It’s located on the last two floors of the building and it features a lot of windows, making this house truly bright. The apartment is ideally located in one of the best-connected areas of London. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
The apartment is spread across two floors. The entrance is located on the fifth floor and it features a bright open plan living area and dining area. It comes with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a big flat screen TV, ideal to unwind and relax. It also features a big dining table, comfortably seating all guests. The open plan living area offers direct access to the big terrace, ideal to enjoy a drink at sunset or simply to relax. The kitchen is located in a separate room, adjacent to the dining area, and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. It comes with all kinds of appliances and offers a great space for communal cooking. On this floor, guests will find a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and with an en suite bathroom for added convenience. Next to the entrance, there is also a toilet room for guests added comfort when travelling in a group. Going up to the sixth floor, guests will find the other 4 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms. One bedroom comes with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom Two bedrooms feature double beds and one also comes with an en suite bathroom. The last bedroom features bunk beds, both for adults or kids. There is also an additional bathroom with shower on this floor. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a smart lock, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Right in the heart of London only moments away from Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington Stations and close to two beautiful London parks, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Both Hyde Park and Regent’s park are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars nearby in Marylebone with Mayfair, Soho and Notting Hill. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the daily tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in. Given the location of the home, most of London’s centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is well connected to transport and those visiting London for events should have no trouble getting to and from venues at night.
